If a client cancels a project after work has commenced:
- Before project commencement: Up to 50% refund may be considered after deduction of administrative costs.
- After commencement but before 25% project completion: Refund may be considered after deduction of work completed and resource costs.
- After 25% project completion: No refund shall be applicable.
- After project delivery or deployment: No refund shall be provided.
- Digital Marketing Services
For SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC Campaigns, and Digital Marketing services:
- Monthly retainers are non-refundable.
- Charges for completed campaign periods cannot be refunded.
- Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is non-refundable.

Any payment made towards:

- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
AMC fees are non-refundable once the maintenance period has commenced.
- Delay Due to Client
If the client fails to provide required information, approvals, content, or feedback for more than 30 days, the project may be placed on hold. No refund shall be applicable in such cases.
- Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds shall be processed within 15–30 business days.
- Refunds shall be credited through the original payment method.
- Applicable taxes, bank charges, gateway charges, and third-party costs may be deducted.
- Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to refunds shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Malda, West Bengal.
