WordPress Web Developer

Neynel IT Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our creative engine in Malda. As a 360-degree IT solutions provider, we need a developer who moves beyond simple templates to build custom, high-performance web experiences. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, including the implementation of custom themes and plugins.

1. Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Development: Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of responsive WordPress websites.
Customization: Develop bespoke WordPress Themes and Plugins from scratch to meet specific client requirements.
Page Builder Mastery: Build complex, high-converting layouts using Elementor, Divi, and Beaver Builder.
Performance & Maintenance: Conduct rigorous website performance tests, monitor live site health, and troubleshoot content or server issues.
Client Interaction: Meet with clients to discuss site functionality and provide post-launch WordPress training.
SEO & Integration: Ensure all websites are optimized for SEO and integrated with necessary databases and third-party APIs.

2. Technical Skillset

Core Languages: Advanced proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (jQuery).
Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL and MySQL for server-side integration.
Version Control: Experience with code versioning tools like GitHub and BitBucket.
Tools & Ecosystem: Expert knowledge of WordPress security, theme hooks, and plugin architecture.

3. Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of custom-coded sites.
Version Control Knowledge: Familiarity with Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
Soft Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
