UI/UX Designer

Role:

Neynel IT Pvt. Ltd., Malda’s fastest-growing IT hub, is seeking a creative and technically proficient UI/UX Designer. In our 360-degree IT solutions ecosystem, the designer is the bridge between complex technology and the end-user. You won't just be making things look good; you will be architecting experiences and "selling" the digital vision of our clients through high-end media.

1. Key Responsibilities

User-Centric Design: Conduct user research and create intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
Visual Identity: Design professional Banners, Posters, and Prospectuses that align with client branding.
Technical Illustration: Create "pixel-perfect" SVG icons and complex "explainer graphics" for abstract IT concepts like Cloud Security or AI.
Motion Design: Develop micro-interactions and high-end Explainer Videos in After Effects to demonstrate how software "flows."
Asset Preparation: Use Photoshop for advanced photo editing, retouching, and AI-driven content generation for case studies and web hero images.
Collaboration: Partner with Full-Stack Developers to ensure design fidelity during the handoff process.

2. The "Powerhouse" Toolkit (Must-Know)

Prototyping: Figma (Primary) and Adobe XD.
Vector Graphics: Adobe Illustrator (Logos, icons, technical diagrams).
Raster Mastery: Adobe Photoshop (Generative Fill, Retouching, Smart Objects).
Motion & Video: Adobe After Effects (Lottie Files, Micro-interactions, Video Editing).
Documentation: Acrobat Pro (Creating professional, fillable Project Proposals).

3. Candidate Requirements

Education: Graduate degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a UI/UX role within a certified Private Limited company.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing live web/app projects, branding work, and motion graphics.
Soft Skills: Ability to present design decisions to stakeholders and a "problem-solving" mindset.
