This pivotal role is designed for a proactive professional who can drive operational excellence, support business growth, and maintain a world-class corporate environment.

1. Key Responsibilities

This role seamlessly integrates administrative leadership with technical and growth-oriented coordination:

Operational Excellence & Growth: Oversee staff workflows to maintain a high-performance environment. Actively support new business initiatives and assist in documenting impactful client Success Stories.
Client Relations & Onboarding: Serve as a primary liaison for new clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and strict adherence to compliance protocols from day one.
Finance & HR Administration: Manage office budgets, oversee expense claims, and provide essential support to HR functions, including payroll processing and talent recruitment.
Field Engagement: Demonstrate flexibility by conducting on-site client visits across various districts or states as business requirements dictate.

2. Professional Skillset

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, Slack, and CRM management systems.
Linguistic Versatility: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Executive Organization: High emotional intelligence with a proven ability to multitask effectively within high-pressure consulting environments.
Compliance & Security: A deep understanding of client service requirements and data privacy protocols to ensure organizational security.
