This is a strategic role encompassing the entire lead lifecycle—from digital attraction and B2B lead qualification to securing high-value appointments for our consulting experts.

1. Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will integrate digital strategy with active business development:

Omnichannel Lead Generation: Design and deploy sophisticated B2B marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, SEO, and Content streams to attract high-tier enterprise leads.
Lead Nurturing & Qualification: Proactively engage with inbound prospects to evaluate technical requirements and align them with our service offerings.
Strategic Appointment Acquisition: Coordinate directly with key stakeholders and decision-makers to facilitate discovery calls and technical demonstrations.
Performance Optimization: Monitor marketing KPIs and refine the conversion funnel to maximize ROI and drive consistent revenue growth.
Client Engagement & Mobility: Represent the Company through on-site client visits across various districts or states to satisfy specific project requirements.
Market Leadership: Conduct competitive analysis and track IT industry trends to maintain Neynel IT’s position as a market leader.

2. Professional Skillset

Growth Technology: Mastery of CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and professional tele-calling protocols.
Linguistic Versatility: Exceptional command over verbal and written communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Analytical Acumen: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve lead-to-appointment conversion ratios.
Interpersonal Excellence: High-level negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term corporate relationships.

3. Candidate Requirements

Education: Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in lead generation or marketing management, ideally within an IT or service-oriented Private Limited environment.
