Full-Stack Developer

Neynel IT Pvt. Ltd., Malda’s fastest-growing IT hub, is looking for two (2) high-caliber Senior Full-Stack Developers to join our elite technical team. As a 360-degree IT solutions provider, we require versatile engineers capable of overseeing the entire software development lifecycle—from conceptual architecture to final deployment.

1. Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex web and mobile applications:

Architectural Leadership: Develop front-end website architecture and back-end applications from scratch.
Full-Cycle Development: Manage projects from conception to the finished product, including server and database creation for seamless functionality.
Performance Optimization: Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile devices and high responsiveness of all applications.
API & Integration: Design and develop robust APIs (RESTful) and integrate third-party services.
Collaboration: Work alongside UI/UX designers to translate visual features into functional code while meeting both technical and consumer needs.
Innovation:Stay abreast of emerging programming languages and web application trends to keep Neynel IT at the industry forefront.

2. Technical Skillset

Front-End: Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React (Must-Have), Angular JS, or Amber.
Back-End: Strong expertise in MERN Stack (Node.js/Express), Python (Django/Flask), PHP (Laravel), and .Net.
Architecture: Practical experience using MVC architecture and performing unit testing.
Databases: Expertise in database design and SQL querying using MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

3. Candidate Requirements

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a Full-Stack role with a strong portfolio of live applications.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a "problem-solving" and critical mindset.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders.
